Fundamentals of Pilates SuccessThere are a few reasons.  One is that we are passionate about Pilates and how it supports the other healing work we do, that’s why we brought it into our Physical Therapy practice.  We love that we can help people avoid pain and injury by learning to use their bodies correctly.  We know from our own experiences how effective and fun it is.

Pilates has been hyped up a lot in the media in the past several years, and frankly, a lot of gyms introduced programs without having their staff adequately trained to relay the intricacies of how to really do Pilates correctly.  This has led to people trying pilates and leaving wondering what all the hype was about, or worse, getting hurt because they weren’t properly instructed.
