Physical Therapy Programs

8 Week Chronic Pain Program:

Our most popular program, and the one we recommend for most people dealing with pain.

This is an eight week program for people who want to take charge of their chronic pain symptoms, and can commit to putting their health high on their priority list.

The program includes a thorough evaluation with a physical therapist, three times a week sessions for four weeks, then twice a week for two weeks, followed by once a week sessions for two weeks.

Usually the early sessions focus on pain relief using Myofascial release, and then, once you are feeling better, transition into improving your strength, flexibility and teaching you how to move correctly to keep your pain from coming back.

Therapeutic Immersion Program:

This is our most intensive program for those dealing with severe chronic pain. This program is also great for people who don’t live near Eureka, but want our help taking their lives back from pain.

If you are tired of your pain keeping you from living the life you want, this is the fastest way to significantly reduce your pain.  You will spend two or more weeks focusing only on healing yourself, and receive tons of support in doing this.   It is amazing the amount of progress that can be made in a short time with this program.

This is a very comprehensive program that includes up to five hours of therapy and instruction per day, it is scheduled only certain weeks of the year, with a minimum of a two week commitment.   For more on this program click here

Introductory Physical Therapy Program:

This is a brief program for people wanting to find out more about the services we offer to treat pain, and whether our approach resonates with them.  It allows you to get a taste of what we provide, without committing to a longer program.

It includes six sessions; The first is a comprehensive evaluation performed by a physical therapist to assess symptoms, posture, daily habits, and health history.  Once you and your therapist have clarity on where you are starting from, you will together discuss possible treatment plans.  Depending on what you and your therapist discover during the evaluation, the five remaining sessions will focus on  giving you a good sense of Myofascial Release and/or Pilates and what you could expect from participating in our more in depth programs.

If you choose to continue on with one of our other programs you will not need another physical therapy evaluation, unless more than a month elapses before you begin the next program.
