Heidi AnayaHeidi Anaya - Office Manager / Patient Services Coordinator

My name is Heidi Anaya and I’m the office manager at Balanced Physical Therapy. I am the first person you will hear when you call and the first face you will see when you begin your experience at BPT.

I grew up in Fortuna and graduated from Fortuna High School, so I have strong ties to this area. While in school I was active in sports, staying busy playing volleyball, basketball, and softball. The only other hobby I had was working. I’ve had many jobs ranging from a florist to managing the children’s department at Mervyns. In the past couple of years I have discovered that I enjoy doing medical billing. I started learning the billing process at other local medical offices, and I am glad to bring this experience to my job as office manager at Balanced PT.

Since starting work at Balanced PT in April of 2007 I quickly felt as if I belonged here, and I am happy to add my skills to the administrative side of the practice. I feel as if I have found a welcoming business that has possibility for growth for me both personally and professionally. I look forward to coming into work everyday not only because I enjoy my Nachojob, but also because Judi allows me to bring in my puppy Nacho into work with me every day.

On you first visit here not only you be welcomed by me and the staff, but by also Nacho the office puppy. Nacho was found in Garberville in a box in July 2007 and we aren't exactly sure how old he is now. Were not sure what kind of dog he is but we know he will be small. He loves getting attention from all our visitors throughout the day, and especially looks forward to play dates with his friend Ming, a miniature dacshund. He earns his keep by helping my change the sheets and looking cute. We both look forward to meeting you.
